About
Known for saying yes, if
I’m Justin Kelley, founder of Yes If. Most good ideas that stall are still good ideas. What they are missing is someone to do the work of turning them into a plan, and that work is what I do.
I have spent more than 20 years inside the problems you are likely facing: modernizing aging systems, bringing in AI without putting the business at risk, building product teams from scratch, and integrating acquisitions. I have done it as an engineer, a product leader, and an executive, so I can advise on the strategy and on the work behind it.
I also know acquisition from the inside. I lived through a fast-moving startup being acquired, then spent the next ten years growing with it into an enterprise spanning multiple business units. I know what integration feels like for the people living it, and what it takes to bring systems together without stopping the business.
What I care about most is people. My goal is to build leaders who don’t need me: teams that can carry the work on their own.
I work as an advisor, a fractional CTO or CPO, or a coach for your team, whatever fits where you are. Whatever the shape, we start the same way: with Yes, if…
